HOMCOM Nesting Side Tables, Transparent Gold Tone 83B-186V01CR are a two-piece nesting set with transparent tempered‑glass tops and gold‑tone steel frames that save space and add a refined, airy centrepiece to modern living rooms. Sturdy glass and steel provide a scratch‑resistant surface suitable for lamps and vases, while the small table slides under the large to clear floor space. Assembly is straightforward; FastDaddyshop consultants recommend using coasters for hot items and adjusting the foot pads on uneven floors, improving stability.
Expertly curated for contemporary British homes, the HOMCOM Nesting Side Tables (also sold as HOMCOM Nest of Tables or HOMCOM Transparent Gold Tone Side Tables) combine practical space-saving design with a refined aesthetic. The set comprises two tables that neatly nest together to save floor space when not in use, yet separate easily to provide an instant additional surface for drinks, books or a small houseplant. Each table supports a maximum load of 20 kg (approximately 44 lb), making them more robust than many comparable glass‑topped accent tables rated at 10–15 kg. From the experience of our FastDaddyshop consultants, this makes them suitable for typical living-room use — lamps, vases and laptops — but they should not be used as seating or to bear heavy appliances.
Constructed with a tempered glass top and a gold‑tone steel tube frame, these nesting side tables are easier to clean and more scratch‑resistant than painted MDF tops. On practice, our store managers often recommend using coasters or trivets for hot items and avoiding severe impacts to maintain the glass integrity. Assembly is required; from our observations, a single person can usually assemble both tables in around 20–30 minutes using the supplied manual and basic tools. For longevity, ensure the adjustable foot pads are set correctly to protect floors and keep the frames stable on uneven surfaces.
