It's important to note that the aforementioned delivery timeline applies to the UK mainland and non-remote areas exclusively. For orders being sent to remote areas, including Central and Northern Scotland, all islands off the UK mainland, and Northern and Southern Ireland, the delivery time may be extended up to 21 working days. We appreciate your understanding in this regard, as the logistical challenges involved in reaching these regions can cause slight delays.
To provide you with complete transparency during the purchasing process, we display the postage prices for deliveries to the UK mainland at the checkout stage. However, please bear in mind that these prices are subject to very rare changes. In the unlikely event that any modifications occur, we will promptly reach out to you with detailed information, ensuring that you are kept fully informed.
We understand that sometimes it may not be possible for you to be available when our delivery partner attempts to deliver your order. In such cases they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
