FastDaddyShop Delivery Policy

At FastDaddyShop, we aim to make delivery as simple and transparent as possible. We work with trusted suppliers and delivery partners to provide reliable delivery across the UK.

UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery options and charges depend on the product, brand and delivery address. Where free standard delivery is available, this will be clearly shown on the product page.

  • Order processing: Most in-stock orders are dispatched within the next working day after payment has been confirmed.
  • Standard delivery: Delivery to most UK mainland addresses usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Longer delivery times: In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 working days, for example due to supplier availability, courier delays or particularly large items.

Some products may have different delivery times or delivery arrangements. Please check the product information before placing your order.

Delivery to Remote Areas and Islands

Delivery to some remote areas and offshore locations may take longer and may incur an additional delivery charge.

This may include:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands;
  • Isle of Man;
  • Isle of Wight;
  • Channel Islands;
  • Northern Ireland.

Where an additional delivery charge applies, the applicable cost will normally be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Delivery to some remote locations may not be available for certain products. If we are unable to deliver an order to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Northern Ireland

Delivery to Northern Ireland is available for selected products. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the product and delivery address. The exact delivery cost, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Republic of Ireland

We currently do not offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland. Orders placed with a Republic of Ireland delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Delivery of Large or Heavy Items

Some large, heavy or bulky products may be delivered using specialist or pallet delivery services. Delivery arrangements can vary depending on the product and delivery address.

For certain products, delivery may be made to the building entrance or ground-floor access point rather than to a specific room inside the property. Please make sure that suitable access is available before placing your order.

If you have any questions about delivery for a large, heavy or bulky item, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may make more than one delivery attempt if you are unavailable. Depending on the courier and the type of delivery, you may also be able to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local collection point.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is inaccessible, the courier may return the item to the supplier. In such circumstances, additional delivery or return charges may apply where permitted.

Out-of-Stock Items

We aim to keep product availability information up to date. However, in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfil your order because the product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times shown on our website, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier disruption, severe weather, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide you with the available information and help you with the next steps.

Checking Your Delivery

Please check your order carefully when it arrives. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, we recommend noting this with the delivery driver where possible and contacting us promptly if the product itself is damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and assist you.
