HOMCOM 3-Sided Electric Fireplace 1000/2000W 3D Flame Black 820-356V70BK — 3-Sided Freestanding Fireplace Heater
The HOMCOM 3-Sided Electric Fireplace 1000/2000W 3D Flame in Black (model 820-356V70BK) brings the look and warmth of a traditional hearth to modern UK homes without sparks, ash or chimney upkeep. With a dual heat output (1000 W / 2000 W) and stepless thermostat control from 10–35°C, this compact freestanding stove quickly heats rooms from 15 m² up to 30 m². From the experience of our FastDaddyshop consultants, we often recommend the 1000 W setting for smaller bedrooms or offices (approx. 15 m²) and the 2000 W mode for open-plan living areas close to 30 m² — this helps balance warmth and running costs.
Designed with a panoramic three-sided glass display and realistic 3D LED flame logs, the unit offers ambience all year round: the flame effect runs independently of heat so you can enjoy the visual effect in warmer months. Practical details — a 1.5 m power cord, detachable legs for easy floor cleaning, and a robust galvanised steel and ABS body — make it a convenient, low-maintenance focal point. On average the unpacked unit weighs approximately 9.2 kg (please check the product label on delivery), making it easier to place than many bulky cast-iron stoves.
Why choose this electric stove over a conventional wood burner or a high-power ceramic fan heater? In our store managers’ experience the HOMCOM electric fireplace is safer (no open flames or embers), needs zero fuel storage, and avoids chimney maintenance. Compared with many 2,500 W fan heaters, the ability to run at 1,000 W or 2,000 W with a stepless thermostat often results in lower consumption for typical domestic use — particularly when thermostatic control keeps the room at a steady 18–22°C.
Expert note: keep a minimum clearance of 1 m from combustible materials and do not use in bathrooms or other high-humidity locations unless specified by the manual. Not a toy — keep out of reach of children under 3 years. For guaranteed safe operation follow the included manual and the UK mains rating (220–240 V / 50 Hz).
