HOMCOM 13L Stainless Steel Catering Urn, 2500W Hot Water Boiler, Silver 800-348V71SR offers a 13 L fill (17 L max) capacity, 2500 W rapid boil and a nine‑level thermostat (30–110 °C), serving c. 50–65 cups without frequent refills. Food‑grade 304 stainless‑steel interior, press‑to‑dispense tap, visible water window, two‑hour keep‑warm and boil‑dry protection combine for hygienic, safe serving at offices, events and catering stations. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend it as a reliable mid‑size urn where temperature control, speed and safety matter.
The HOMCOM 13L Catering Urn (model 800-348V71SR) is a robust stainless-steel hot water boiler and commercial-style water dispenser intended for family gatherings, office kitchens and small events. Powered at 2500 W, it brings 13 litres (fill line) of water to boil quickly and offers nine temperature settings from 30–110 ℃ for tea, milk and food preparation. From the practical experience of our consultants at FastDaddyshop, this unit hits a sweet spot between a domestic kettle and larger 20–30 L catering boilers: it supplies roughly 50–65 standard 200–250 ml servings at the 13 L fill line, while its 17 L maximum capacity provides extra reserve when needed.
Our consultants often recommend this model as a versatile hot water dispenser — the 9-level thermostat makes it more flexible than single-temperature urns. Compared with a domestic kettle, the HOMCOM urn reduces continuous refilling for groups; compared with heavier-duty 20–30 L commercial boilers, it is more portable and better suited to medium-sized events or office use. Based on observations from our consultants, its 304 stainless-steel interior resists staining and odour retention better than cheaper plated alternatives. Practical caution: the manufacturer does not list the item weight on the supplied specification, so check package details or the manual if exact shipping weight is required for transport or shelving considerations.
Installation notes from FastDaddyshop store managers: the unit is supplied ready-to-use with no assembly required; the 1.3 m cable and AC 220–240 V / 50 Hz rating mean it is suitable for UK mains sockets without modification. Always place the urn on a heat-resistant, level surface and allow it to cool before cleaning. The built-in boil-dry protection and auto shut-off add safety when used in busy communal spaces, but users should still avoid leaving children unattended near hot dispensing taps.
