The HOMCOM Wide Armless Swivel Office Chair Black 921-984V70BK is a practical, space‑efficient solution for home and small office workstations. Our consultants often recommend this 62 cm wide armless chair (also marketed as the HOMCOM armless office chair, HOMCOM swivel desk chair or wide armless desk chair 921-984V70BK) when users need unrestricted arm movement, the option to sit cross‑legged, and easy swivel mobility. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the extra-wide 62 cm seat gives noticeably more room than many standard office chairs (typically 45–50 cm wide), making it a better choice for those who prefer a relaxed, flexible seating posture.
Comfort comes from high-density blended foam padding with an 8 cm seat thickness and 7.5 cm back thickness, backed by a powder-coated metal base rated to support up to 120 kg. The cover uses scratch‑resistant, pet‑friendly leather (90% polyester, 10% spandex) that our consultants find is cooler and more flexible than conventional PVC leather — a practical advantage in warmer rooms or for pet owners. The chair’s height adjusts from 48–58 cm and the overall footprint is 62W x 61D x 85–95H cm, so check desk heights and legroom before purchase; from the practical experience of our consultants, it suits standard desk heights and most home office setups.
Practical cautions: assembly is required and the product is intended for users up to the stated 120 kg weight limit — not recommended for heavier use. Also note the PU casters are smooth and roll well on hard floors and low‑pile carpets; if you use thick carpet or wood flooring, a desk mat is advisable to protect surfaces and improve manoeuvrability. Based on observations from our consultants, the chair’s rocking function is useful for short breaks but is not a substitute for ergonomic chairs with full lumbar adjustment if you need prolonged clinical back support.
