HOMCOM’s Executive Big & Tall Office Chair (model 925-008V70GY) is a purpose-built reclining desk chair for larger or taller users who need more room, stronger support and a traditional executive silhouette. Our consultants often recommend this model where a standard office chair (typically with a seat width of around 48–52 cm and weight limits of 100–120 kg) would feel cramped or under‑specified: this chair offers a wide 59W x 50D cm seat, a generous 65W x 74H cm high back and a tested weight capacity of 180 kg. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the 135° stepless recline with built‑in footrest and linked armrests is particularly useful for short rest periods during long working days or hybrid home/office use.
Construction details matter: the chair uses Leathaire (polyester) upholstery that mimics leather while remaining breathable, pocket springs and high‑density foam with a 14 cm seat/back thickness for supportive comfort, and a grade four gas lift plus steel base rated to 180 kg. From the practical experience of our consultants, this combination gives a noticeably firmer, longer‑lasting sit than many lower‑priced faux‑leather executive chairs. Practical caution: do not exceed the 180 kg limit and check fixings and the gas lift after initial assembly. The chair is suitable for users under 200 cm tall and comes with large PU casters for quieter gliding across carpet, wood or tiles — ideal where scratch-free movement is required.
Expert tip: for households with children or pets, store managers advise placing the chair on a mat if left in a play area — while the fabric is fire‑retardant, repeated contact with sharp claws or toys can abrade Leathaire over time. For cleaning, use a soft damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid bleach or solvent cleaners to preserve the upholstery and fire‑retardant treatment.
