FastDaddyshop consultants advise using coasters, wiping spills promptly and recommend this table for compact homes seeking durable style.
Practical and stylish, the HOMCOM 120cm Industrial Round Dining Table in Oak/Black (item 83A-297V00AK) brings an industrial edge to compact dining spaces while comfortably seating four. The 120 cm diameter tabletop gives each diner roughly the space they need for plates and conversation, while the warm oak-effect finish and black X-shaped powder-coated steel legs create a purposeful contrast that suits modern kitchens, breakfast nooks and open-plan living areas. From the practical experience of our consultants, a 120 cm round table is preferable to a smaller 90–100 cm model when you want extra elbow room for evening meals, but it remains more space-efficient than a 140 cm table that is normally chosen for seating six.
Materials are particle board with a scratch-resistant wood-effect surface and a powder-coated steel frame; based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, we recommend using coasters and avoiding prolonged exposure to steam or standing water since particle board can swell if repeatedly exposed to damp conditions. Note the official weight capacity is 40 kg — this is sufficient for everyday dining, service platters and light appliances, but do not exceed the stated limit or load the edge unevenly. Adjustable feet keep the table steady on uneven floors and help prevent rocking on typical UK floor types.
Our consultants often recommend this oak and black industrial round dining table for households that need a blend of durability and style without taking up too much floor area. It works well as a kitchen table, occasional desk in a home office or a casual dining surface in the living room. Based on observations from our consultants, assembly is straightforward with the tools and instructions included; for longevity, avoid placing very hot cookware directly onto the surface and wipe spills promptly.
