The HOMCOM Boho slim shoe cabinet (item 837-602V02LN) is a narrow shoe organiser that blends rattan-inspired styling with practical storage for busy UK hallways. With an overall footprint of 105W x 24D x 95.5H cm it is designed to sit flush in slim entryways where a full-width cupboard would be intrusive. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, this flip‑drawer shoe cupboard is especially useful for studio flats, terraced houses and utility rooms where saving floor space is essential.
In practice the four flip drawers accommodate up to 20 pairs of shoes (sized up to UK 9.5) and each drawer’s inner size (43.5W x 26D x 31H cm) easily accepts trainers, heels or folded flats. Two-level adjustable shelving gives added flexibility for taller boots or bulkier trainers. FastDaddyshop consultants often recommend this model as an alternative to deeper shoe benches when you need storage without losing walking space.
Construction uses robust particle board with an anti-tip kit for family safety; the cabinet stands on five legs (central leg adjustable) and leaves a 13 cm clearance from the floor. Based on observations from our consultants, that 13 cm bottom height will allow many robot vacuum cleaners under the unit — most domestic robots are under 10 cm — but check your model’s height before positioning. A practical caution: particle board is best kept away from prolonged damp or outdoor exposure and should be wiped with a damp (not soaking) cloth.
Load limits are clear: 50 kg overall and 10 kg for the top or each drawer — from the practical experience of our consultants, avoid overloading the top with heavy objects to preserve stability. Assembly is required; for ease and to ensure the anti‑tip kit is fitted correctly, our managers recommend two people and allow 30–45 minutes for assembly. If you need more capacity for larger families or size UK 10+ boots, a wider shoe cabinet or dedicated boot rack will be preferable — however, for narrow corridors this HOMCOM boho rattan shoe cupboard represents a good balance of style and function.
