This HOMCOM 3-seater corduroy sofa combines a wide, deep seating platform with pocket-sprung cushioning for a relaxed, supportive sit. From the practical experience of our consultants at FastDaddyshop, the 225W x 80D x 79H cm footprint and 196W x 55D x 45H cm usable seat area make it a better choice for families or households who need genuine three-person seating compared with compact two-seaters or narrow sofas. The total weight capacity is 360 kg (roughly 120 kg per seat if evenly distributed), so it suits adults and regular daily use. Our store managers often recommend this model as a soft-finish alternative to leather sofas when a textured, cosy look is preferred.
Practical notes and cautions from FastDaddyshop: corduroy shows nap direction — vacuum regularly and spot-clean spills promptly with a damp cloth to maintain the striped texture. The 10 cm leg height gives modest under-sofa clearance for cleaning tools. Although assembly is described as easy (manual included), based on observations from our consultants it is quicker with two people and may take around 30–45 minutes. The BS5852-compliant fillings are suitable for UK safety expectations; however, avoid placing the sofa close to direct heat sources to protect the foam and fabric. In practice this model is ideal for living rooms seeking a wide-seat fabric sofa with spring-backed comfort and a tactile, contemporary finish.
