HOMCOM Rolling Kitchen Trolley, Cabinet & Spice Rack - Black 801-337V00BK is a compact rolling kitchen island with a 75 × 40 cm top, open shelf, double‑door cabinet and two side spice racks to keep bottles and condiments secure and within easy reach. Four PU casters (two braked), a three‑position adjustable internal shelf and melamine‑coated E1 particleboard provide easy mobility, tidy storage and a wipe‑clean surface. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend it for small UK kitchens and renters — observe the 40 kg load limit for safe, stable use.
For small UK kitchens where counter space is at a premium, the HOMCOM Rolling Kitchen Trolley (item 801-337V00BK) is a practical mobile kitchen island that brings order and accessibility to everyday cooking. At 75cm long × 40cm wide × 80.5cm high, this black kitchen cart offers a generous 57cm-wide open shelf and a lower cupboard that conceals clutter while keeping frequently used items close to hand. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, its melamine-coated particleboard surface stands up well to splashes and light heat from kettles or toasters and wipes clean far more easily than untreated wood.
Our consultants often recommend this style of rolling trolley — described variously as a kitchen cart on wheels, mobile kitchen island or spice rack trolley — for renters and households that need flexible workspace. The two side racks (37cm × 14.5cm × 35cm) with protective bars are specifically useful for spices and bottles to prevent spillages during food preparation. In practice, the foldable mobility provided by four smooth wheels (two with brakes) makes this model preferable to fixed islands when you need to free floor space for guests or reposition appliances for cleaning.
Practical cautions from our team: respect the stated load limits — 40 kg total, with 10 kg per tabletop/cabinet/shelf and 5 kg per side shelf — to avoid structural strain. Based on observations from our consultants, keep heavier cookware on the lower cabinet shelf and lighter items like glass jars on the side racks. Assembly is required; allow approximately 30–60 minutes depending on DIY experience, and use the included manual. If you need a more robust, professional catering surface or frequent heavy-duty use (loads regularly above 40 kg), consider a metal-framed trolley instead, as it will typically offer higher weight ratings and greater heat resistance.
