HOMCOM Tall Kitchen Cupboard with Drawer & Shelves White 835-115V84WT is a freestanding 76.2×40.2×183cm pantry that pairs classic shaker styling with a deeper footprint to hold bulky appliances, stacked crockery and boxed goods. A central smooth‑glide drawer plus three adjustable shelves (3.2 cm increments) let you configure heights for blenders, spice racks and tall jars, while the painted MDF surface wipes clean. Rated 70 kg overall (10 kg per shelf/drawer) with supplied anti‑tip straps — FastDaddyshop consultants advise fixing straps to a stud and storing heavier items low down for safe, long‑lasting use.
The HOMCOM Tall Kitchen Cupboard (183 cm) is a freestanding pantry cabinet that balances practical storage with a classic farmhouse look. Finished in crisp white with shaker-style doors and black alloy handles, it provides a clear internal layout—upper and lower cabinet zones separated by a central drawer—and three adjustable shelves that move in 3.2 cm steps to accommodate taller appliances such as blenders, stacked dinnerware or spice racks. Our consultants often recommend this tall pantry unit for kitchens where a wider footprint (76.2 cm wide x 40.2 cm deep x 183 cm high) is needed instead of a slim 30–35 cm-deep cupboard; the extra 5–10 cm depth makes a noticeable difference for bulky items.
Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, practical points to note: the unit is constructed from painted MDF (not solid timber), so avoid prolonged exposure to very high humidity or direct wet conditions and wipe clean with a damp cloth only. The overall weight capacity is 70 kg, with a 10 kg limit per drawer and per shelf—place heavier items low down and distribute loads evenly. Anti-tip straps are provided and should be fixed to a wall stud for safety; in practice, installation of the straps and assembly of the unit is easiest with two people and can take around 60–90 minutes depending on DIY experience. This freestanding storage cabinet works well where aesthetics and functional pantry storage are both priorities, and compares favourably with metal shelving for home kitchens where a painted finish and shaker doors are preferred.
From the practical experience of our consultants at FastDaddyshop, this storage cupboard (also described as a kitchen pantry cabinet, tall storage unit or storage cupboard) is best suited to family kitchens and utility rooms where both appearance and organised storage matter. A brief caution: do not overload individual shelves beyond 10 kg, and ensure anti-tip straps are secured to masonry or a stud for safe everyday use.
