HOMCOM 2.4m Inflatable Santa with LEDs - Red 844-008 is a 2.4 m self‑inflating Christmas centrepiece that reads from the street, perfect for large front gardens or shop frontages. Internally lit with eight white LEDs for a warm glow, it inflates in minutes via the included fan and packs down compactly for winter storage. Made from 190D polyester with transformer, stakes and sandbags, it’s weather‑resistant but IP20‑rated — FastDaddyshop consultants advise siting under an overhang or adding extra stabilisers in exposed, wet locations.
Standing 2.4 m tall (240 cm) and weighing just 1.35 kg net (1.9 kg gross), the HOMCOM 2.4m Inflatable Santa with LEDs - Red 844-008 is a showpiece for larger front gardens, driveways and commercial displays. From the practical experience of our consultants, this air‑blown Christmas Santa — also described in trade listings as a giant blow‑up Santa, Christmas inflatable decoration or outdoor air‑blown Santa with LEDs — gives greater visual impact than compact 1.6 m blow‑ups and is preferable when you want a focal point that reads from the street. Its 190D polyester cloth construction and internal fan (ROHS、CE certified) make it quick to erect and straightforward to store once the season ends.
Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, bear in mind the IP20 waterproof rating: this material resists light moisture but is not rated for immersion or prolonged heavy downpours, so the manufacturer’s NOTE stands — please don't place it outdoor in hard rain or snow. Practical cautions: the transformer is low‑voltage (12V/1250mA) and the fan draws 1.2 A, so the included 3 m power lead gives flexibility for typical UK outdoor sockets; allow for the 1.6 m string length when choosing an anchoring point. Our consultants often recommend using the included 5 spikes on soft ground and adding sandbags or weights on paved surfaces for stability in gusty conditions.
In practice, if you need a brightly lit statement piece for a large lawn or retail frontage, the 2.4 m HOMCOM Santa is preferable to smaller inflatables for visibility at distance. Based on observations from our consultants, the unit inflates quickly via the included fan and is compact to store once deflated — packing dimensions are 24 × 20 × 18 cm. For customers with exposed sites or frequent wet weather, consider mounting beneath an overhang or using additional weather protection: our managers often recommend checking the transformer and cable for damage before each season and keeping the product dry when not in use.
