HOMCOM 1.8m LED Floating Halloween Ghost, White 844-173V70 inflates in seconds to a 1.8m floating ghost with an internal fan and three soft LEDs that produce an eerie internal glow. IP44 weather‑resistant polyester plus three tether ropes, five ground stakes, a sandbag and a 3m cord make it quick to secure and easy to store. FastDaddyshop consultants advise fastening the base zip before inflation and using an outdoor‑rated extension and the supplied stabilisers for a safe display.
A compact but eye-catching outdoor Halloween inflatable, the HOMCOM 1.8m LED Floating Halloween Ghost (White, model 844-173V70) is designed to deliver a spooky, family-friendly presence on your lawn or garden. Standing at 1.8m (approximately 6ft) when inflated, the ghost is constructed from weather-resistant polyester with an IP44 rating, so it tolerates spray and light rain but should not be left out in heavy downpours or snow. From the practical experience of our consultants at FastDaddyshop, this size is ideal for medium-size UK gardens where a full-scale 2.4m figure would overwhelm the space: the 1.8m height gives visibility from the pavement without needing excessive anchoring or power.
Three internal LEDs create a soft, eerie glow from inside the ghost and the sewn ghost-face moves and “dances” as the included internal fan keeps the figure afloat. Inflation and deflation are almost instantaneous once plugged in or switched off, making set-up quick for parties or trick-or-treat evenings. Our consultants often recommend using an outdoor-rated extension lead if the supplied 3m cord does not reach your socket, and to fasten the three tether ropes, five ground stakes and the sandbag supplied for stable behaviour in breezy conditions. Based on observations from our consultants, the 0.6kg net weight and flat-pack storage make this inflatable easy to store between seasons compared with heavier décor options.
Compared with non-illuminated inflatables or those relying on external spotlights, the internal LED illumination produces a subtler, more atmospheric effect that’s less likely to disturb neighbours late at night. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the 12V/800mA internal fan runs efficiently on the rated 220–240V mains supply but should always be used with appropriate outdoor safety precautions — keep the unit sheltered from severe weather and out of standing water. In practice, families seeking a portable, weather-resistant Halloween display that inflates quickly and is easy to anchor will find this HOMCOM floating ghost a practical choice.
