Hinged branches and a metal base make setup straightforward while flame‑retardant tips improve safety for indoor décor. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend allowing 45–60 minutes to spread and shape the tips and using an RCD‑protected socket; it suits rooms with 2.4–2.6m ceilings.
This HOMCOM 7ft pre-lit snow-tip LED Christmas tree (item 830-871V71MX) is a practical, stylish centrepiece for UK homes looking for a hassle-free festive display. The tree arrives fitted with 450 integrated LEDs that switch between warm white and multicoloured lighting across 11 modes, so you can choose a steady warm glow or a lively, colour-changing show. From the practical experience of our consultants, the combination of snow-tipped branch ends and a full, bushy profile gives an authentic winter look without the mess or weight of heavy flocking.
Key measurements and technical details — taken directly from the manufacturer — include an overall dimension of Φ135 x 210H cm (7ft height), 1,466 tip count and a 31V, 6W LED output; input is 220–240V, 50–60Hz, 0.12A. Based on observations from our consultants, this makes the tree better suited to rooms with at least 2.4–2.6m ceilings: our store managers often recommend allowing 20–30cm clearance above a topper for a comfortable fit. In practice, the auto-hinge branches speed assembly but we advise allowing 45–60 minutes to spread and shape the 1,466 tips for the fullest appearance.
Compared with an unlit artificial tree, a pre-lit model such as this prelit artificial Christmas tree saves time and gives more consistent light distribution. Compared with fully flocked trees, the snow-tip finish delivers a wintry aesthetic with less added weight and easier storage. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, we also recommend plugging the tree into an RCD-protected outlet and not using the tree outdoors — it is for indoor use only — and keeping it clear of open flames despite the flame-retardant branches.
