SPORTNOW All-in-One Home Gym, Black A91-446V00BK is a compact all‑in‑one system combining lat pulldown, chest press, leg extension, preacher curl, dip station and pull‑up bar for 10+ full‑body exercises in one footprint. Its 69 kg weight stack and powder‑coated steel frame (120 kg user limit), plus adjustable seat and backrest, let family members tailor loads safely. Smooth pulleys and EPE padding reduce noise; FastDaddyshop consultants recommend a 2.4 m ceiling and two people for 2–4 hour assembly.
The SPORTNOW All-in-One Home Gym, Black A91-446V00BK is a multifunctional power cage and pulley-system gym designed to replace a small commercial setup in a domestic environment. With a 69 kg adjustable weight stack and a sturdy steel frame, it combines a lat pulldown station, leg press, chest press and more into a single footprint (250L x 183W x 213H cm). From the practical experience of our consultants, this model suits beginners through to intermediate users who want a complete full‑body workout at home without the commute and queueing at public gyms.
Our consultants often recommend measuring your installation space carefully before purchase: the unit stands 213 cm tall, so allow additional overhead clearance (we advise a ceiling height of at least 2.4 m for comfortable pull‑up and overhead movement). The machine’s professional‑grade steel tubes and listed 120 kg weight capacity make it a robust option for family use, but note that the maximum user load (120 kg) and the 69 kg internal stack mean very advanced lifters may still prefer free‑weight or Olympic‑bar solutions for maximal heavy lifts. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the 69 kg stack provides better progression than many compact home systems that use 30–40 kg stacks, making it a good compromise between size and training range.
Practical cautions: assembly is required and, based on observations from our consultants, is easiest with two people and basic tools; expect around 2–4 hours to assemble. Also check floor strength where the gym will sit — the machine’s footprint and dynamic loads during leg press and pull‑ups can transmit significant force. The pulleys are designed for smooth movement and foam‑padded grips reduce noise and hand fatigue, making it well suited to home use in flats or houses where nuisance factors matter.
In practice, the SPORTNOW All-in-One Home Gym (also described by customers as a multi‑station home gym, power cage gym, pulley system gym or all‑in‑one strength station) is an economical alternative to a gym membership when space and family use are priorities. Based on our managers’ experience, it performs best when placed on a level, non‑slip surface and when users respect the 120 kg limit — for heavier lifters or those prioritising maximal Olympic lifts, supplementing this system with a separate barbell and platform is preferable. FastDaddyshop consultants can advise on delivery access and on choosing complementary accessories to extend the machine’s functionality while keeping within the specified dimensions and capacities.
