PawHut 90cm Cat Tree with Condo & Hammock, Grey D30-491 is a compact indoor cat centre combining sisal‑wrapped scratching posts, a removable felt‑covered condo, hammock and top perch on a solid particleboard base with a 30 kg total capacity. The Φ18 cm condo entrance, 35×35 cm hammock and soft plush surfaces provide multiple private rest and play areas while protecting furniture from claws. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend this model for one–two average domestic cats and advise assembling on a flat surface and re‑checking fixings after the first week.
This PawHut 90cm cat tree (also described as a 90cm cat tower with condo and hammock or PawHut D30-491 cat climbing tree) combines scratching posts, a private condo, a hammock, a top perch and two dangling toys to create a compact all-in-one activity centre. Covered in soft plush and built on solid particleboard, it balances comfort and stability: the overall footprint is 48 x 48 cm with a height of 90 cm, making it well suited to flats and medium‑sized rooms where a taller 120–150 cm tower would be excessive. Our consultants often recommend this model for households with one to two average domestic cats (combined load safely within the stated 30 kg weight capacity).
From the practical experience of our consultants, the condo (30 x 30 x 28 cm) and Φ18 cm door hole provide a cosy hideaway for most adults and kittens; however, for very large breeds such as Maine Coon you may prefer a model with a larger entrance. The hammock (35 x 35 cm) and top bed (48 x 28 x 8 cm) give multiple resting positions — in practice this layout reduces territorial tension in multi‑cat homes by offering separate sleep areas. Based on observations from our consultants, the Φ5.5 cm sisal‑covered posts are effective for claw maintenance compared with thinner, carpeted posts, though users seeking more aggressive scratching resistance might opt for thicker 7–9 mm sisal posts. Assembly is required; FastDaddyshop store managers advise assembling on a flat surface and checking all fixings after the first week of use to maintain safety and stability.
Practical cautions: the stated 30 kg load is the total recommended capacity — do not exceed this by placing several large cats or heavy items on the platforms simultaneously. For households with very active, heavyweight or multiple large-breed cats, consider a larger or floor-anchored tower with thicker posts. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, routine checks of screws and the felt cover (removable and machine-washable) will prolong service life and keep play safe and hygienic.
