HOMCOM 8-Drawer Fabric Chest with Pockets & Hooks - Beige 83D-064V06BG combines eight identical fabric drawers (37×28×20 cm) with four side pockets and two hooks, delivering quick, orderly storage for socks, underwear and small accessories in narrow bedrooms, halls or student rooms. The steel frame with 'X' stabilisers, adjustable feet and included anti‑tipping kit gives firmer support than freestanding organisers, while the drawers fold flat for compact off‑season storage. FastDaddyshop consultants advise fitting the anti‑tip bracket and recommend this as a lightweight, space‑saving organiser where a solid-wood chest would be impractical.

Practical, lightweight storage designed for everyday living — the HOMCOM 8-drawer fabric chest (also sold as the HOMCOM fabric dresser or tall fabric storage unit) puts organised storage within easy reach. At 80 x 30 x 94.5 cm (W x D x H) it fits narrow bedroom corners, hallways or student rooms while offering eight identical drawers ideal for socks, underwear, T-shirts or children's clothes. From the experience of our FastDaddyshop consultants, uniform drawers (37 x 28 x 20 cm internal) make sorting faster and keep linen stacks neater compared with mixed-size chests.
The unit is built on a steel frame with stabilising 'X' bars and adjustable feet (ground clearance 5.5 cm), giving a firmer core than freestanding fabric organisers. Note the specified load limits: 15 kg on the top surface, 3 kg per drawer and 30 kg total — on practice our managers advise securing the anti-tipping kit included, especially in homes with young children, and not to exceed these limits. The foldable fabric drawers collapse flat for compact off-season storage and the four side pockets (29 x 86 cm) plus two hooks provide grab-and-go space for accessories such as scarves, belts and lightweight bags.
Why choose this model from FastDaddyshop? Our consultants often recommend this beige fabric chest where lightweight, modular storage is needed — it is significantly lighter and easier to move than solid-wood dressers of similar footprint, and assembly is straightforward. On average, customers report assembly time of around 20–30 minutes with one person; allow two people if you prefer. For safety, our store managers emphasise: always fit the anti-tip bracket to a suitable wall and do not allow children to climb the unit or use drawers as steps. If you need a sturdier top for heavier items (greater than 15 kg), consider a dedicated shelving unit with solid timber top.
FastDaddyshop supports UK deliveries and can advise on placement for uneven floors using the adjustable feet. For any questions about compatibility with a specific space (e.g. wardrobes with limited clearance, recommended room temperatures or humidity considerations for non-woven fabric), our team is happy to help — contact us with exact measurements and we’ll recommend the best layout. The HOMCOM 83D-064V06BG is a compact, economical solution for tidy living in flats, student halls and family bedrooms.
