The HOMCOM 10-Drawer Fabric Chest with Pockets - Beige 83D-064V07BG is a compact, lightweight dresser designed for organised living in UK homes. Featuring ten soft fabric drawers in two sizes, four external storage pockets and two hooks, it lets you separate small items (socks, accessories) from bulkier clothing (jeans, jumpers). The steel frame with X-bracing and adjustable feet keeps the unit stable on uneven floors; overall dimensions are 80W x 30D x 94.5H cm and typical assembly time for one person is around 20–30 minutes. From the experience of our FastDaddyshop managers, this fabric storage chest (approx. 12 kg packed) is a better option than a bulky wooden chest when you need portability, fold-flat storage and a lower upfront cost.
Load limits are important: the top supports up to 15 kg, each drawer up to 3 kg and the total maximum load is 35 kg — our consultants often recommend keeping heavy items on lower drawers only and always using the included anti-tipping kit to secure the unit to a wall. Compared with similar fabric dressers, this model gives a good balance of capacity and stability while remaining breathable (non-woven fabric) and easy to maintain; avoid direct heat sources above ~60°C and, on practice, re-check fastenings after first week of use.
