The HOMCOM Oversized Riser Recliner - Massage & Heat, Grey 713-225V70GY is a purpose-built power lift recliner engineered for easy standing and restorative rest. Designed to support up to 120 kg and to lift up to 45° while reclining to 150°, this electric riser armchair combines practical mobility assistance with comfort features usually found in premium recliners: an 8-point vibration massage, targeted lumbar heat and a wide, pocket-sprung seat. From our experience at FastDaddyshop, customers replacing a conventional reclining chair with a dedicated riser recliner report significantly reduced knee and hip strain when standing—particularly useful for people aged 60+ or anyone with limited mobility.
Why this model is often recommended: the 45° lift angle reduces knee loading far better than standard manual recliners, and the 150° recline gives a flatter rest position than many compact electric chairs. Our consultants often advise choosing the oversized version for broader hips or for those who prefer a roomier seat—this model's seat dimensions (56 x 52 x 48 cm) and thick cushioning (seat 20 cm; back 23 cm) provide noticeably more support than a typical 48 x 48 cm seat.
Comfort and recovery features are practical rather than cosmetic: the 8-point vibration massage covers upper and lower back, thighs and legs, while lumbar heat provides a soothing, body-warmth sensation (typically around body temperature, circa 38–42°C) to ease muscle stiffness. From the shop's observations, the combination of massage + heat accelerates relaxation and can help with pre-sleep routines better than vibration or heat alone.
Practical notes from our managers: the chair’s USB port (5V, 2A) and generous side pockets (31 x 26 cm) are useful for bedside charging and storage; the minimum distance from the wall is 35 cm, so allow that clearance behind the chair. The tool-free interlocking assembly usually takes under 20 minutes in our in-store demonstrations, but please ensure the 120 kg weight limit is observed. For safety, do not exceed the specified load and consult a healthcare professional if you have severe balance, circulatory or spine conditions before relying on the lift function.
