The HOMCOM Raindrop Velvet Rocking Chair – Dark Grey 83F-044V70CG (also referred to as the HOMCOM Velvet Rocker or HOMCOM Velvet Rocking Armchair) is a purpose-built relaxation seat that combines a gentle 105° rocking glide with an 8 cm height-adjustable headrest and generous high-density foam padding. From the experience of our FastDaddyshop consultants, the 105° arc delivers a noticeably more restful recline compared with standard 90° upright chairs, making it better suited for reading, TV and short naps. Key measured details you can rely on: upright dimensions 71W x 90D x 100H cm, seat 46W x 48D x 50H cm with a 12 cm seat thickness, and a tested weight capacity of 120 kg.
Built on a robust steel and plywood frame with rubberwood legs and protective felt pads, this dark grey raindrop velvet armchair combines style with everyday practicality. Our managers often recommend placing the chair on a flat surface and using the felt pads to prevent floor marking; for safety, do not exceed the 120 kg limit and keep the chair at least 1 m from open heat sources. The foam and fabric meet BS5852 fire-retardant standards, offering additional peace of mind for family use. On balance, for UK living rooms, studies or bedrooms where comfort, compact dimensions and a tactile velvet finish matter, this rocker is a stronger choice than many basic static armchairs or low-grade accent chairs.
