HOMCOM 3-Panel Floral Folding Fireplace Screen, Black - 820-500V00BK is a heat‑resistant powder‑coated metal hearth guard with floral panels that block flying embers and create a visible safety boundary for children and pets. The three‑panel fold‑out design gives 122 cm coverage when open and folds to 67 cm for compact storage, staying light enough to reposition. FastDaddyshop consultants advise maintaining a 30 cm clearance from active flames and using the screen as a stylish, practical aid to responsible fireside use.
The HOMCOM 3‑Panel Floral Folding Fireplace Screen (820-500V00BK) is a practical, stylish hearth guard designed for UK homes that want effective spark protection without a bulky look. Offering a coverage of 122W x 1D x 74H cm when open and folding down to 67W x 2D x 74H cm for compact storage, it combines decorative floral panels with durable, powder‑coated metal for everyday use. Weighing approximately 3.5–4.5 kg, it is stable enough to stay in place yet light enough to reposition quickly — from the experience of our FastDaddyshop managers, this balance is preferable to heavier fixed screens which are harder to store.
Our consultants often recommend this type of three‑panel folding guard for households with curious children and pets: on practice, the floral panels reduce visible sparks and provide a clearer visual barrier than open‑weave alternatives. For safety, we advise maintaining at least a 30 cm clearance between the screen and active flames and never leaving an open fire unattended; the screen is heat‑resistant for typical hearth temperatures but is not a substitute for responsible use. Compared with bulk metal shields, the HOMCOM floral screen keeps the fireside looking neater — making it better for living rooms where style matters as much as safety.
