Looking for the authentic look of a log fire without a chimney or the space for a traditional stove? The HOMCOM Electric Log Burner, White 820-130V70WT, is a compact freestanding electric fireplace designed for UK flats, small lounges and studies. With realistic 3D LED flames and a glowing charcoal bed that run independently of the heater, it delivers year‑round ambience. Dual heat settings (1000W / 2000W) and a stepless thermostat effectively warm rooms of approximately 15–30 m², while detachable legs and a 1.5 m power cord make positioning and cleaning straightforward.
From the experience of our FastDaddyshop managers, this electric log burner is often recommended instead of portable fan heaters because it combines visual warmth with efficient convection heating at 220–240 V, 50 Hz. Safety is built in: automatic overheat thermal cut‑off and tip‑over switches provide protection you won’t get from an open real‑wood fire, and tempered glass front and side windows give a superior multi‑angle flame view compared with single‑window designs. Expert note: never cover the heater or obstruct the base opening — doing so risks overheating and fire.
