HOMCOM 5ft Prelit Fibre Optic Christmas Tree Green 02-0765 combines integrated fibre‑optic strands with low‑voltage (12V) multi‑coloured LEDs and star‑shaped lampshades to deliver an even, long‑lasting sparkle across 180 branch tips, creating a fuller, more uniform centrepiece than string‑lit trees. Measuring Φ75 x 150cm with a detachable, foldable base and flame‑retardant PVC branches, it shapes in 15–20 minutes and is for indoor use only. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend the 5ft for rooms with 2.4m+ ceilings, citing its 12V safety and low‑maintenance design.
This HOMCOM 5ft Prelit Fibre Optic Christmas Tree (Green, model 02-0765) is a ready-to-display, artificial Christmas tree that pairs integrated fibre‑optic strands with multi‑coloured LEDs to create a sparkling centrepiece for living rooms, open‑plan spaces and office receptions. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the combined fibre‑optic/LED system delivers a more even, long‑lasting glow than a comparable string‑lit tree because the light source is low voltage (Output: 12V) and distributed through fine optical fibres rather than relying solely on external bulbs.
In practice, this 5ft option measures Φ75 x 150H cm, with 180 main tips and 20 lights — a fuller silhouette than the 4ft version (Φ60 x 120H cm, 130 tips, 16 lights). Our consultants often recommend the 5ft model for standard living rooms and homes with ceiling heights from 2.4 m upwards; the 4ft tree is preferable for smaller flats, hallways or where storage space is restricted. The tree is made from PVC and metal, with realistic plastic branches that are flame retardant for extra safety indoors. Note the input rating of 100–240V 50/60Hz for broad compatibility with UK mains sockets and the tree’s 12V low-voltage output for safer operation.
From the practical experience of our consultants at FastDaddyshop, allow 15–20 minutes on first assembly to spread and shape the 180 tips on the 5ft model so the tree achieves its intended fullness. A quick safety note: this product is for indoor use only and the flame‑retardant branches reduce but do not eliminate fire risk — keep the tree away from open flames and high heat. For customers seeking similar products, this HOMCOM tree compares favourably with other pre‑lit, fibre‑optic options because of its integrated star lampshades and low‑voltage LED system, which our managers find easier to maintain and safer for household environments.
