HOMCOM Adjustable Overbed Sofa Side Table 80×40cm - Rustic Brown/Black 838-634V00RB is a compact, height‑adjustable overbed table (70–110 cm) that creates a stable sit‑to‑stand surface beside sofas or beds. Its 80×40 cm melamine top on a powder‑coated steel frame rolls on four 5 cm casters (two braked), holds up to 15 kg and features anti‑tip stabilisers for steady laptop, drink and book use. FastDaddyshop consultants suggest fitting the anti‑tip kit and locking the brakes on uneven floors.

This HOMCOM adjustable overbed sofa side table is a compact, multi-use sofa laptop table and overbed trolley that balances practical design with robust construction. The 80 cm x 40 cm tabletop (particleboard) sits on a powder-coated steel frame and raises from 70–110 cm, making it suitable for use beside sofas, beds or at a study chair. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the combination of four caster wheels (two with brakes), adjustable feet and an anti-tip device gives dependable mobility with secure parking when in use.
Our consultants often recommend this 80×40 cm model for small flats or narrow seating areas where a full-size bedside table (for example 90×60 cm) would be too bulky. In practice, the 15 kg weight capacity is ideal for laptops, drinks and a book, but please note the safety limit: do not overload the table above 15 kg. Based on observations from our consultants, always fit the anti-tipping kit and engage the two wheel brakes on sloped or uneven floors. Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity or direct heat sources to protect the particleboard surface.
From the practical experience of our consultants, this rustic brown tabletop with black frame delivers a contemporary look that blends with modern and industrial interiors. Compared with fixed bedside tables, the adjustable height (70–110 cm) reduces strain when working with a laptop or eating beside a sofa. For users who need a mobile workstation, this overbed table is a better choice than stationary units; for heavy equipment or very large monitors, consider a larger, higher-capacity desk instead.
Assembly required — based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, set aside approximately 20–30 minutes and check all fixings are tightened; ensure the adjustable feet are used to level the table on uneven flooring. Practical caution: do not stand or sit on the tabletop and do not place hot cookware directly on the particleboard to avoid damage.
