Compact and contemporary, the HOMCOM floating bedside table set (item 83D-120V90WT) is a practical solution when floor space is at a premium. From the practical experience of our consultants at FastDaddyshop, these wall-mounted nightstands work best in smaller bedrooms, guest rooms or above low-profile beds where a clutter-free, minimalist look is required. Each unit measures 40W x 30D x 14H cm and offers a handle-free drawer plus a top surface — ideal for essentials such as a smartphone, book or a small lamp.
Compared with freestanding bedside cabinets, wall-hung options like these create a lighter visual footprint and make floor cleaning easier; however, our store managers often recommend checking load and fixing requirements first. The manufacturer specifies a maximum load of 3 kg on each top or drawer and 6 kg overall, so keep heavier items (for example, large ceramic lamps or multiple stacked volumes) off the surface. In practice, everyday items — phones (≈0.2 kg), small alarm clocks (≈0.3–0.7 kg) or a paperback (≈0.2–0.5 kg) — remain well within the limits.
Constructed from particleboard with a melamine surface in white gloss, the set is straightforward to wipe clean and presents a modern, handle-free aesthetic. Assembly is required and, based on observations from our consultants, correct wall fixings are essential: ensure you use suitable anchors for your wall type (solid masonry, timber stud or plasterboard) and position the units at a height that aligns with your mattress top for easy reach. A practical caution: do not exceed the stated 3 kg per surface and confirm the wall attachments are secure before loading the shelves.
