Neatly balancing style and small-office practicality, the HOMCOM Fluted Vertical 2-Drawer Filing Cabinet in white (item 924-108V00WT) is designed to sit alongside a desk and double as a compact printer stand. From the practical experience of our consultants, this vertical file cabinet is an excellent choice when floor space is limited: at 40W x 40D x 71H cm it occupies a smaller footprint than most lateral filing cabinets while still accommodating A4 or letter hanging files on the adjustable rails. The MDF construction carries an overall load of 45 kg, with each drawer/tabletop rated to 15 kg — in practice we recommend keeping the printer load beneath 15 kg and distributing heavier items lower to preserve stability.
Based on observations from our consultants, the fluted drawer fronts and gold-tone pulls give a more contemporary finish than plain metal cabinets, while the silent drawer glides and individually lockable drawers (two keys per lock) are practical for shared home offices. An anti-tip kit is included — our managers often recommend fitting this immediately and following the assembly instructions closely to avoid tipping risks when both drawers are open. This white vertical filing cabinet, also described as a two-drawer filing cabinet, fluted office file cabinet or printer-stand filing unit, suits users who need secure, stylish storage without sacrificing compactness.
