The HOMCOM 60 cm prelit flocked tabletop Christmas tree (model 83C-135V00GN) is a compact, battery-operated option designed for small UK homes, offices and student flats. Our consultants often recommend this prelit mini Xmas tree when a full-size tree is impractical: at Φ48 x 60H cm it fills a mantelpiece, desk or side table without dominating the room. It arrives with 35 warm-white LED lights, 182 tips and six pine cones plus six berry clusters for a traditional winter look. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the concrete-reinforced plastic base wrapped in linen-look fabric gives reassuring stability compared with lightweight alternatives, while the flocked (snowy) branches deliver a seasonal finish without needing real snow or spray.
Practical considerations from FastDaddyshop: battery operation (3 × AA — not included) is ideal for cordless placement on shelves and window sills, but if you anticipate extended nightly use, keep spare AA batteries to hand and remove batteries during long storage to avoid leakage. In practice, the tree’s flame-retardant branches add a layer of safety, but this product is intended for indoor use only—do not expose it to rain, temperatures below freezing or direct heat sources such as radiators. For households with young children or pets, note the six pine cones and six berry clusters are small decorations; our consultants advise positioning the tree out of easy reach or securing decorations to reduce choking risk.
Comparison note: compared with a standard 150–180 cm floor tree, this 60 cm tabletop version is quicker to assemble — suggested shaping time is around 10 minutes — and requires no mains socket, making it preferable for renters, small kitchens or bedside tables. Based on observations from our consultants, the warm-white LEDs provide a cosy glow that suits traditional and contemporary décor alike.
