AIYAPLAY 9pc Soft Play Climbing Blocks – Cream/Red/Light Brown 3D0-046V00MX is a tangram-inspired nine-piece foam set with 11-wale corduroy covers that converts from low climbing steps to obstacle courses or a compact ball pit, promoting spatial reasoning and gross-motor development. The zipped removable covers and sponge core give cushioned support for climbing, crawling and balancing while allowing easy laundering; pieces support up to 45 kg. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend this for supervised indoor playrooms, nurseries or bedrooms for ages 18 months+.
The AIYAPLAY 9pc soft play climbing blocks (model 3D0-046V00MX) is a nine-piece foam play set designed for toddlers and preschoolers. From the practical experience of our consultants, this cream, red and light brown corduroy-covered set works as a soft climbing kit, tangram play set and compact ball-pit frame all in one — making it a versatile alternative to single-purpose plastic climbers or floor mats. Our consultants often recommend it where quieter, cushioned play is preferred: the individual cuboid (20.5 × 20 × 28 cm), small triangle (20 × 20 × 28 cm) and larger triangle (59 × 41.2 × 28 cm) pieces let children build low obstacle courses, dens or stackable steps safely indoors.
Based on observations from our consultants and FastDaddyshop store managers, this foam play blocks set is preferable where low-height, modular play is required: compared with large foam mats, the 9-piece climbing blocks let children practise balance on raised shapes; compared with hard wooden or plastic climbers, the corduroy-covered sponge construction provides quieter landings and a lower risk of bumps. Note the maximum weight capacity is 45 kg — in practice that comfortably supports one older toddler or a small preschooler standing or climbing, but it is not suitable as seating for adults or heavier children.
Practical cautions: Approved for use from 18 months and recommended for ages 3–6 years, the set should be used under adult supervision, especially for children under three. Our consultants often recommend following the included manual for safe layouts and to avoid tall, unstable stacks. The zipped removable covers simplify routine cleaning; we advise following the manufacturer’s care instructions on the manual to avoid shrinkage or fabric wear. For households prioritising portability and compact storage, this 9-piece foam climbing blocks set (also described as a toddler soft play set, foam climbing blocks set or tangram play set) offers a balanced compromise between play variety and manageable footprint in bedrooms, playrooms and nurseries.
