The SPORTNOW Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench (A91-477V01YL) is a versatile incline/decline/flat bench that converts a spare room into a compact home gym. Finished in yellow, it accommodates a wide range of exercises — chest presses, dumbbell rows, squats, curls and sit‑ups — and is marketed as an all‑round adjustable workout bench. From the practical experience of our consultants, this folding weight bench is particularly well suited to home users who need a space‑saving option without sacrificing stability.
Key technical points: the steel frame is rated to a total weight capacity of 300 kg (this relates to the structure and any loaded barbell or plates), while the stated maximum user weight is 120 kg — our managers’ experience suggests interpreting the two figures as frame load capacity versus recommended bodyweight. Always avoid exceeding the 120 kg user recommendation for safe personal use, and never ignore the 300 kg structural limit when combining user plus barbell weight. Assembly is required and a manual is supplied; expect basic tools and around 20–40 minutes for a single person.
Practical advantages include seven backrest positions for precise incline and decline angles, a padded seat and back (Seat Pad: 36L x 27W cm; Back Pad: 67L x 27W cm) for comfort, and a foldable design that reduces the bench to 32.5L x 22W x 75H cm for storage. Two resistance bands are included to unlock additional accessory movements. Based on observations from our consultants, users seeking heavy Olympic lifting with bodyweight over 120 kg should consider a commercial‑grade bench with a higher maximum user weight; for most home gym users, this SPORTNOW bench balances cost, footprint and functionality.
Expert cautions: secure the bench on a level, non‑slippery surface and check all fastenings periodically. Resistance bands should be inspected before use for wear or damage. Our consultants often recommend using a spotter for heavy lifts and respecting the manufacturer’s maximum loads to avoid voiding warranties or risking injury.
