SPORTNOW Freestanding Punch Bag Stand with 20kg Bag - Red A91-500V00RD is a no‑drill freestanding stand supplied with a 20 kg bag and bungee cord, compact enough for renters and small home gyms. Built from 1.3 mm Q195 steel with three plate posts and a 360° rotating chain, it reaches 120 kg stability when loaded and limits bag twist for smoother combo work. FastDaddyshop consultants advise loading plates evenly and checking the swivel before heavy sessions.
If you need a compact, renter‑friendly freestanding boxing solution, the SPORTNOW Freestanding Punch Bag Stand with 20kg Bag - Red A91-500V00RD is a practical choice. The package ships with a 20 kg boxing bag and a freestanding steel frame rated to support up to 120 kg, so you can train in a living room, garage or shared space without drilling into walls. From the practical experience of our consultants, this combination of a Φ30 x 90H cm bag and a 141L x 123W x 220H cm frame gives a good balance between realistic striking surface and domestic footprint.
Compared with wall‑mounted rigs, a freestanding boxing stand like this one offers immediate portability and no-permission installation — ideal for renters or anyone who wants a quick home setup. Compared with larger commercial freestanding bags, this SPORTNOW model is more compact and better suited to indoor use where floor area is limited. Based on observations from our consultants, you should fit weight plates to the three posts on the base to approach the frame’s 120 kg stability rating; this stand performs best when the base is loaded evenly. Our managers often recommend placing plates centrally and checking the 360° rotating chain regularly to prevent tangles during combination work.
Construction uses Q195 steel for the frame and layered bag materials (PVC, EPE, PU fibre) for daily home training durability. The rotating chain keeps motions smooth and prevents the bag from twisting during combos — a useful feature compared with fixed mounting systems that can bind under rapid strikes. Assembly is required; in practice allow 45–60 minutes with two people and basic tools. Practical caution: ensure all bolts are tightened before first use, keep the stand on a level surface and supervise younger users — the system is designed for adults but can be used with appropriate supervision for older teenagers.
Terminology note from FastDaddyshop store managers: this product may be searched for as a freestanding boxing stand, heavy bag stand, punch bag frame or stand‑alone punching bag. In practical terms, if you want a hard‑anchored, wall‑mounted bag for very heavy or professional use, a fixed bracket is still preferable; however, for flexibility, indoor convenience and no-drill installation the SPORTNOW stand is a well‑balanced option.
