SPORTNOW Wall-Mount Adjustable Speed Bag Black A91-498V00BK is a space‑saving wall‑mounted speed bag with 32 cm vertical adjustment (±16 cm), giving precise striking height and fast, consistent rebound from a heavy‑duty metal bracket. Tear‑resistant PU and 1.3 mm square tubing deliver a responsive contact surface, and the supplied pump, wrenches and expansion bolts simplify setup. FastDaddyshop consultants advise mounting only to solid concrete or timber studs (min 10 cm) for a secure, shake‑free installation.
Designed for home gyms and compact training spaces, the SPORTNOW Wall-Mount Adjustable Speed Bag Black A91-498V00BK is a space-saving boxing solution that combines a sturdy metal bracket with a tear‑resistant PU speed ball. From the practical experience of our consultants, the 32 cm total vertical adjustment (16 cm up and down) means you can set the striking point precisely for different users without resorting to bulky floor stands or fixed-height rigs. This model is ideal when you need a reliable rebound and a compact footprint in a corner or on a garage wall.
Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, this wall-mounted unit delivers a firmer, less shaky performance than many freestanding speed bag platforms because it bolts directly to solid substrates. The unit’s overall dimension of 62L x 18W x 36H cm and the speed ball’s size (Φ18 x 23H cm) give a responsive contact surface suitable for reflex, coordination and cardio drills. Our consultants often recommend this wall-mounted option for households where floor space is at a premium, while a portable floor stand remains preferable for users who need to move equipment frequently between rooms or venues.
Practical cautions: installation must be on solid concrete or wooden studs at least 10 cm thick — strictly avoid hollow drywall. Based on observations from our consultants, use the supplied expansion bolts and check all fixings after the first week of training and periodically thereafter to ensure a shake‑free experience. The package includes a manual air pump and wrenches for on-site setup; inflate the speed bag so it is firm but not overinflated, and consider hand wraps for extended sessions to protect knuckles and wrists.
