SPORTNOW 2-in-1 Adjustable Barbell & Dumbbell Set Black & Green A91-318V00GN is a compact, convertible kit that switches between two 40 cm dumbbells and a 95 cm barbell via a 20 cm connector, delivering 15 kg of adjustable sand‑filled plates for progressive strength training. Plastic‑coated plates cut noise and protect floors, while non‑slip grips and secure fixing bolts ensure stable, safe handling. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend this space‑efficient set for beginners and intermediates seeking quiet, versatile home‑gym free weights.
At FastDaddyshop we present the SPORTNOW 2-in-1 Adjustable Barbell & Dumbbell Set Black & Green A91-318V00GN as a compact, convertible free-weights solution for home training. The set includes 4 × 2 kg and 4 × 1.5 kg plates (14 kg of plates in total), two 40 cm dumbbell bars (Φ2.5 × 40 cm) and a 95 cm barbell assembly option (Փ20 × 95 cm) via the 20 cm connecting rod. From the practical experience of our consultants, this configuration suits beginners and intermediate users who want the flexibility of quick conversion from two dumbbells to one short barbell without needing a full Olympic rig.
Compared with fixed dumbbells or dedicated Olympic bars, the SPORTNOW kit is more space-efficient and quieter in use: the plastic coating on plates reduces noise and limits floor wear — an advantage for flats and home gyms. Our consultants often recommend this kit where variable, light-to-moderate loading (plates totalling 14 kg plus bar weight) and secure handling are priorities. Based on observations from our consultants, always ensure the supplied fixing bolts are tightened securely before each session and follow the manual for safe assembly; this is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children under 14. In practice, the non-slip grips and secure fasteners make it straightforward to maintain control during curls, presses and rows, while the steel core and sand-filled plates deliver solid, reliable resistance.
