SPORTNOW 5ft Mid-Size Table Tennis Table, Black A90-404V00BK is a compact, foldable ping‑pong table with an E1 MDF top for consistent bounce that converts into a dining or activity table — perfect for small UK flats and student accommodation. It folds to 76 x 76 x 12 cm, fits in most car boots, and has a corrosion‑resistant steel frame, safety locks, and a net plus two paddles and three balls. FastDaddyshop consultants advise checking doorways and storing indoors on a level surface.
The SPORTNOW 5ft Mid-Size Table Tennis Table (Black, Item A90-404V00BK) is a compact, foldable indoor ping-pong table designed for small UK homes, student halls and multi-use rooms. Measuring 152L x 76W x 70H cm when set up and folding to 76L x 76W x 12H cm for storage, it converts quickly from play surface to lightweight dining or activity table. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, this mid-size option — often described as a mini ping pong table or compact foldaway table tennis set — is preferable to a full-size 9ft/274 cm table when space, single-person handling and car-trunk portability are priorities.
The table’s E1 MDF top and stable steel frame deliver a dependable, consistent bounce for recreational play; the net (78L x 12H cm) and included accessories (2 paddles, 3 balls) mean you can start a game straight away. From the practical experience of our consultants, the water- and rust-resistant finish makes it suited to indoor environments in the UK, including basements and well-ventilated garages, but it is not intended as an outdoor permanent fixture. Note that this model is recommended for use on flat surfaces — consult the manual for assembly and safety lock operation to avoid accidental movement during storage or transport.
Practical note from FastDaddyshop consultants: if you regularly host competitive players or require ITTF-standard dimensions (274 x 152.5 cm), a full-size table is a better choice; however, for casual family play, compact living spaces and single-person handling, the SPORTNOW 5ft mid-size table is a highly practical, space-saving alternative. In practice, we recommend measuring doorways and car boot space against the folded dimensions (76 x 76 x 12 cm) before purchase and ensuring storage on a level surface to maintain the table’s performance and longevity.
