PawHut 90cm Cat Tree with Condo, Hammock & Toys – Beige D30-491V00BG is a compact 90cm multifunctional cat centre with a private condo, cosy hammock and top perch plus sisal-wrapped scratching posts — perfect for flats and low ceilings. Solid particleboard and soft plush with a removable, washable felt cover provide a sturdy, hygienic resting and play area while helping protect carpets and furniture. Rated to 30 kg, it suits kittens through to average-sized adults; FastDaddyshop consultants recommend assembling on a flat surface and positioning against a wall for boisterous cats, or choosing a larger heavy‑duty tree for very large breeds.
This compact PawHut 90cm cat tree (also described as a cat tower or cat climbing centre) combines scratching posts, a private condo, a cosy hammock, a top perch and two dangling toys to create a multi-use play and rest station for indoor cats. Constructed from solid particleboard and wrapped in soft plush polyester, the structure is designed to be comfortable and steady — with a published weight capacity of 30 kg. From the practical experience of our consultants, this height (90 cm) is ideal for flats and low-ceiling rooms where a taller 150–180 cm tree would be impractical, while still offering vertical space for climbing and vantage points.
The sisal-wrapped posts (Φ5.5 cm) satisfy natural scratching instincts and help protect furniture, and the condo (30L x 30W x 28H cm) provides a private hideaway with an 18 cm diameter door hole (Φ18 cm). The hammock (35 x 35 cm) and top bed (48 x 28 x 8 cm) give your cat multiple sleeping options. The removable felt cover for the condo is washable, which is useful for hair and odour control. Ball toys (Φ4 x 10 cm) provide interactive play to help reduce boredom. Based on our managers’ experience, this model suits kittens through to adult domestic cats; however, for very large breeds such as mature Maine Coons you may prefer a heavier-duty or taller tower designed specifically for large-breed weights and larger sleeping platforms.
Practical cautions: assembly is required (manual included) and, from observations by FastDaddyshop store managers, it’s important to assemble on a flat surface and tighten fixings securely — check fastenings periodically. If your cat is especially boisterous, position the tree against a wall for extra stability and avoid placing it next to radiators or direct heat sources to preserve the plush and adhesives. Our consultants often recommend inspecting the sisal posts regularly and replacing or repairing them if heavily worn.
