HOMCOM 3ft Ottoman Storage Bed with LED & USB – Cream White 83D-185V00CW. This ottoman bed offers a 190 x 90 x 20 cm gas‑strut storage well with a secure U‑shaped stopper. Integrated RGB LEDs (7 colours, multiple modes, app/remote) and a headboard charging hub (2×USB‑A, USB‑C) keep ambience and devices under control. Reinforced steel frame supports 300 kg with EVA strips for quiet stability; FastDaddyshop consultants recommend the cream finish to visually enlarge small rooms and advise two‑person assembly.
A practical blend of storage, style and tech, the HOMCOM 3ft Ottoman Storage Bed with LED & USB – Cream White 83D-185V00CW is designed for modern single bedrooms where space is at a premium. From the practical experience of our consultants, the hydraulic lift opens to a capacious 190L x 90W x 20H cm storage well, making it ideal for seasonal clothing, bedding or bulky items you want out of sight. RGB LED lights let you customise the mood of the room and the integrated USB-A and USB-C ports (DC 5V 2A) on the headboard keep phones and tablets charged without trailing leads to a socket — the power cable is 2 m long for flexible positioning.
Our consultants often recommend the cream white finish for smaller rooms because it reflects light and visually enlarges the space; the same model is also available in black for a more dramatic, contemporary look. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, the reinforced steel frame and overall weight capacity of 300 kg make this frame robust enough for everyday use, but do take care not to exceed the 300 kg overall limit (this figure includes mattress, occupants and stored contents). Assembly is required; in practice, allow approximately 60–90 minutes and two people for safe installation. A practical caution: the remote uses 1 x CR2025 battery (not included), so have a spare to hand for immediate use.
In comparison with a traditional divan with drawers, the ottoman-style lift of this HOMCOM bed gives you a single uninterrupted storage area (190 x 90 x 20 cm) that is better for irregularly shaped or bulky items. If you expect to store heavy items regularly, our consultants advise distributing weight evenly across the storage base and remembering the 300 kg overall limit. Based on observations from our consultants, the integrated EVA strips and reinforced frame make this an excellent choice for a quiet, long-lasting single bed frame that also delivers modern conveniences such as LED ambience and dual USB charging.
