Core Products Corona 120cm Kitchen Table and 2 Bench Set White CRWTBSET31: An Expert Assessment

The Core Products Corona 120cm Kitchen Table and 2 Bench Set in white/antique wax finish is a masterclass in modern Scandinavian design tailored for the contemporary British home. Blending the structural reliability of responsibly sourced pine with a clean, light-reflecting aesthetic, this compact dining solution is an ideal choice for kitchen diners or smaller open-plan spaces where floor real estate is at a premium.

This dining set comprises a robust 120cm x 80cm table paired with two matching benches. Unlike traditional chair-and-table sets which can often crowd a room, this bench configuration allows you to tuck the seating completely beneath the 75cm high table when not in use, maximising your circulating floor space. Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, this model is significantly more suitable for busy family kitchens than pedestal-style tables, as the square tapered, braced legs provide superior lateral stability, supporting a weight tolerance of up to 240kg.

Features:

• Modern Scandinavian design
• Crafted from responsibly sourced pine
• Durable antique waxed tabletop with natural grain
• Braced angled legs for imporved sturdiness

From a technical workshop perspective, the build quality is impressive for a flat-pack unit manufactured in Brazil. The contrast between the antique wax tabletop and the white-finished frame provides a crisp, high-contrast look. Please note: as this is a natural wood product, the grain and wax finish may exhibit subtle variations in texture—a hallmark of authentic timber furniture. When assembling, ensure you have a reliable screwdriver to hand, and avoid over-tightening bolts into the pine, as this is a softwood; firm, manual hand-tightening is sufficient to secure the frame.
