SPORTNOW 6x4ft Portable Football Goal - Black/Yellow A62-060V00YL has a 1.6 cm EPE foam-padded, PVC-wrapped metal frame that cuts loud metal clanks and protects against impact and paint chipping. A 180W x 120H cm opening with a high-density PE net gives ample space for shooting drills and small-sided games, while five J-shaped ground stakes anchor the goal on grass or soft turf. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend this compact, stable goal for family training and coaching sessions.
SPORTNOW’s 6 x 4ft portable football goal (A62-060V00YL) is a compact, family-friendly garden goal designed for training and casual matches. Sized at 180W x 60D x 120H cm with a net measuring 180L x 160W cm, it gives children and small teams generous target area without the footprint of a full-size senior goal. From the practical experience of our consultants, the combination of a painted metal frame, PE net and 1.6 cm EPE foam padding on the uprights makes this option noticeably safer and more stable than simple pop-up nets that rely only on flexible rods.
Based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, this model is particularly suitable for young players (recommended age 5+) and families who want a durable garden training goal. The PVC-wrapped posts and foam covers reduce the risk of knocks and scrapes during drills—our consultants often recommend this for coaching sessions, backyard practice and small-sided games. Five J-shaped stakes secure the frame on grass or sand; in practice, we advise using all five stakes and checking anchor points after heavy play or strong winds. Assembly required — based on observations from our consultants allow around 20–30 minutes for a single person to assemble, less with two people.
Practical caution: the frame is painted metal and suited to frequent family use, but to prolong life store the goal indoors or under cover when not in use and avoid leaving it exposed to prolonged driving rain or coastal salt spray. This garden football goal is a better choice than inflatable or lightweight mesh-only goals when stability and safety matter; compared with a full-size 12 x 8ft adult goal it is far more portable and space-efficient for home use.
