SPORTNOW 8x5ft Portable Football Goal – Black/Yellow A62-060V01YL features a PVC-wrapped, 1.6 cm EPE foam-padded metal frame that absorbs impact to reduce loud clanks and paint damage. Its 240W x 160H cm opening and high-density PE net create a spacious training zone for shooting and passing, while six J-stakes secure the goal on grass or soft turf. FastDaddyshop consultants recommend this easy-to-assemble mid-range garden goal for family practice and junior coaching (age 5+), advising anchoring or removal in high winds.
The SPORTNOW 8x5ft portable football goal (A62-060V01YL) is a practical garden and training goal ideal for family practice, junior coaching and casual 2v2 matches. Sized at 240W x 85D x 160H cm with a net of 240L x 180W cm, it gives genuine 8 x 5ft goal-mouth space while remaining portable. Our consultants often recommend this model where a balance of safety and durability is required: the uprights are wrapped in PVC and protected by 1.6 cm EPE foam padding, and the painted metal frame and tough PE netting stand up to frequent use.
Compared with ultra-light pop-up goals, the SPORTNOW goal is more stable because it includes six J-shaped ground stakes suitable for grass and sand; based on the experience of FastDaddyshop store managers, that makes it preferable for regular backyard training. Against heavy-duty tournament frames, it is lighter and easier to assemble, though not intended as a permanent, exposed structure in very high winds — in practice we advise removing or firmly anchoring the goal when gusts exceed 30–40 km/h.
Based on observations from our consultants, the goal is best suited for players aged 5+ (recommended age) for safety and size-appropriateness. Assembly is required; take care when installing the J-stakes to avoid trip hazards and do not use the stakes on hard concrete surfaces. For shoppers searching for a portable football net, garden soccer goal, 8x5ft training goal or foldable football goal, this SPORTNOW model represents a sensible mid-range option from FastDaddyshop.
